IT Support Associate


  • Handle sensitive escalated customer issues in team environments and individual-driven actions (case solving or / and real-time support), in cooperation with experienced support engineers if necessary

  • Reproduce customer issues identifying the root cause and interacting with the development team to provide a final solution when required


  • 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux Operating systems in a corporate setting

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue

  • Good understanding of Relational Databases (HANA, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic, debugging

  • Data communications and networking (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS)

  • Security and Authentication technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, SSL, and SSO

Senior Security Analyst


The Senior Security Analyst will be required to adhere to SLAs, troubleshoot technical issues, have efficient IT documentation skills, handle interaction resolution and escalation, and provide a high level of customer support while working in this highly visible position.


  • 1 or more years of experience working in IT support and/or Service Desk support roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences and/or IT-related disciplines and Certifications in information security preferred.

  • ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis

  • Technical Certification in an IT area

  • Strong technical writing aptitude

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

System Administrator


  • Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks

  • Work with vendors to resolve client technical issues

  • Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment

  • Provide escalation support

  • Implement a variety of IT projects for clients including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation


  • 3 + years’ experience working in a managed IT services environment

  • 3 + years of hands-on experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems

  • 3 +years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange

  • 5 + years of hands-on experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience with VoIP (certification desired)

  • Diploma in computer Networking

  • MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or MCSA: Windows Server 2008
